What is your returns policy?
We're sorry to hear this one didn't work out for you, we understand sometimes purchases are not always right. Items can be returned back to us within 14 days of delivery for an exchange. We cannot process refunds at this time.

Items must be returned for exchange in its original condition with the original packaging and all tags/garment stickers attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any marks, stains, makeup stains or odours.

If you believe your product is damaged or faulty please reach out to us and we will be happy to further assist. Please see our Returns page for all the details.

How do I arrange a return?
Customers will have to send their item back to What’s Love Co.’s exchange address. Customers will carry the cost of shipping the item back to What’s Love Co. Once What’s Love Co. has received your item for exchange, we will issue you a voucher to purchase a new item. Customers will then re-order their desired item on the website, redeem the voucher upon checkout to cancel the item cost, but carry the cost of re-shipping.

We do our best to turn your exchanges around as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-5 business days for your exchange to be processed once we have received your item and emailed you with an exchange voucher code. An exchange voucher code will be sent via email so please be sure to double check your email address.

I bought an item on sale or an item using a promotional code, can I return it?
Yes of course! Sale items are eligible for an exchange voucher code for the amount of your purchase. This includes any sale items, items purchased using any promotional codes or items purchased during a promotional period.

Have you received my return item for exchange?
We’ll let you know via email once we have processed your return and created an exchange voucher code for you,, but if you have taken note of your return parcel’s tracking ID then this will let you know as soon as your parcel has reached us! If you have not heard from us, drop us an email at contact@whatsloveco.com.

Do you offer refunds?
Currently, we do not. However, we do offer exchanges.

When will I get my exchange voucher code?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. Once it has been processed you will receive an email with details of your exchange voucher code. Otherwise, email us at contact@whatsloveco.com.
