RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that sometimes purchases are not always right. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns at this time.
We do however welcome exchanges of your item/s back to us within 14 days of receiving. We offer exchanges subject to the following terms and conditions:
PROCESS & COST OF EXCHANGES
Customers will have to send their item back to What’s Love Co.’s exchange address. Customers will carry the cost of shipping the item back to What’s Love Co. Once What’s Love Co. has received your item for exchange, we will issue you a voucher to purchase a new item. Customers will then re-order their desired item on the website, redeem the voucher upon checkout to cancel the item cost, but carry the cost of re-shipping.
We do our best to turn your exchanges around as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-5 business days for your exchange to be processed once we have received your item and emailed you with an exchange voucher code. An exchange voucher code will be sent via email so please be sure to double check your email address.

The item(s) must be in its original condition with the original packaging and all respective tags/garment stickers attached. Any garments that appears to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any marks, stains, makeup stains, odours or that smell of perfume.
SALE/PROMOTIONAL CODE ITEMS
Sale items are still eligible for exchange. This includes any sale items, items purchased using any promotional codes or items purchased during a promotional period. You will be able to exchange your purchase equal to the amount that you spent on the sale item.
If you have received a faulty item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with supporting imagery so we can determine the next course of action. All items will be assessed upon the return and deemed faulty by What’s Love Co. Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.
No cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been placed.
